Josh has spent the last decade walking alongside nonprofits & small businesses, helping leaders get clear about where they’re headed and how to get there. He’s passionate about helping organizations not just function, but flourish—bringing a thoughtful, steady hand to strategic planning and leadership development. One of his greatest strengths is his ability to look at a challenge from every angle, spot what’s not working, and build practical, lasting solutions. At his core, Josh believes that when nonprofits are healthy and well-supported, they can do the world-changing work they were made to do.
Tami Cernetic
Tami is a creative powerhouse with a deep love for good design, clear communication, and helping nonprofits tell their story well. Whether she’s building a brand or crafting a website, her superpower is translating big ideas into visuals and words that actually connect. She brings an intuitive, people-first approach to every project – and probably has a few browser tabs open while doing it. With a background in ministry, Tami gets what it means to juggle limited time, tight budgets, and big dreams. She’s here to help make the message not just beautiful, but believable – and most importantly, effective.
